Policies 

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

We will charge 50% of the service fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance  and a full 100% service fee for no shows. This policy protects the income of our therapists as it is difficult to fill a last minute cancellation on a no show.

If you arrive late we will do our absolute best to give you your full service, however it may be shortened and the full cost of your treatment will still be applied.

Please inform our Spa reservation team of any physical or medical consideration prior to booking your appointment, including pregnancy.

For the safety of guests and staff, we reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who appear under the influence of alcohol or drugs or displaying unprofessional behavior.

Inclement weather policy.  In the event of inclement weather Silver Lining Day Spa may cancel appointments for the safety of our employees and guests. If you are unable to arrive for your scheduled service, please let us know as soon as possible to prevent our staff from unnecessary risk.  There is no charge due to acts of God. Safety First.



Covid Guide Lines 
Please call or email to RESCHEDULE appointments if you or a family member have: - Fever (confirmed or suspected)
- Signs of a fever
- Coughing, sneezing or shortness of breath
- Traveled internationally or traveled anywhere with widespread, ongoing transmission of Covid-19 within the last 14 days
- Had close exposure to someone to whom this list applies.
Please do NOT come to our office until you have been symptom free for at least 24 hours without the use of fever-reducing or other symptom-altering medications (e.g. cough suppressants). Employees have been instructed to follow these same guidelines.
